By submitting the MCP Access sign-up form, you confirm that you are authorised to act for the organisation linked to the Org ID given in the form. On its behalf, you accept the GameAnalytics Terms and Conditions, as updated from time to time, and these offer terms. These offer terms are an Order Form under the Terms and Conditions, and points 1 to 6 are Specific Terms. For this subscription, these offer terms prevail over the Terms and Conditions, including Part B.
- Scope. MCP Access includes access to the GameAnalytics-hosted Model Context Protocol (MCP) server and the Metrics API only. For technical reasons, it is delivered through a PipelineIQ Pro subscription. Other PipelineIQ Pro and AnalyticsIQ Pro features, including Data Export and Data Warehouse, are not part of this offer, even where they remain technically available in your account. If they are used, we may restrict them or ask you to move to a full plan.
- Eligibility. This offer is available only to organisations without an active PipelineIQ Pro subscription or trial. We review each request after submission and may decline it at our discretion, in which case no fee is charged. The subscription starts when we enable access.
- Fees. USD 149 per month plus applicable taxes, charged monthly to the card on file. The first payment is taken before access is enabled. Fees are non-refundable. For technical reasons, invoices may show the plan under the name “DataSuite” or “PipelineIQ Pro”. This does not change the scope of this offer.
- Term. The subscription is monthly and renews automatically. You may cancel at any time, effective at the end of the current billing month.
- Pilot. This is a limited pilot offer. We may change or end it with at least 30 days notice by email. If you do not accept a change, the subscription ends at the end of the notice period.
- AI clients. You choose and control any AI client you connect through MCP. Data returned to that client is outside GameAnalytics’ control and stays in that client after access ends.
